Through Costco. Every step of the way, Galaxy was there for our needs on a 5' x 8' window. Choosing style and color, measuring, installation was earlier than anticipated and the results are perfect. There were intermittent calls to be sure that we were pleased with every aspect. Highly recommend them and will use them for future window coverings. Excellent follow up.
Our experience with Galaxy Drapes was superb. Our consultant, Bernadette Barreras, reduced our anxiety and knew were in good hands. Very happy with the final outcome of our window covering project! Staff kept us up to date with any schedule changes and readiness of installation technician's. Arrival was prompt, technician provided overview of work. Work area was kept clean, post install! Would high recommend Galaxy!
Galaxy Draperies was the vendor that contacted me after I submitted an inquiry with Costco. Due to COVID, my consultation was done via video conference. We were able to get all the information we needed and we were able to see the differences in color and opaqueness. We originally went to have coverings on all 5 of our windows (it's a condo) and later decided to remove one.
