Galaxy Draperies provided reasonably good service. Our project rep was sometimes a little slow letting us know how things were proceeding with the ordering, preparation, and delivery of the blinds, but very pleasant to work with. Their contracted installation company provided an excellent installer. However, that company's appointment reminder system was faulty. Very professional, competent and friendly. Starting with sales, Karen Guevara was thorough and knowledgeable. She has very good design instincts which was greatly appreciated. Nice person also. The 3 installation techs were fabulous. Everything was quick, clean and seemed effortless. They obviously have done this before and this makes a big difference. GREAT job Galaxy Darperies
