My heat cables weren’t working, after large snowfall, and I contacted salesman, Phil Stitt, and he had 2 excellent workers (George and Razi) out within hours, and they promptly fixed the problem. Excellent service and workmanship. I highly recommend Garlock-French, the response time was second to none!!
Filled out a form in their website, no response. Called them 2 weeks later and got the name of a gentleman to talk to. I called and left him a message. No reply. I guess they’re so busy they don’t need my business. And they won’t get it in the future.
I can't say enough about our experience! The workers were very friendly & respectful of our home & time. They kept us informed every step of the way, no surprises. We have additional roofing repairs that need to be addressed & I won't call anyone else! Thank you Garlock-French!
