From our first call we were met with rudeness. We knew what problem we were having and could not get onto their schedule and did not even get an explanation as to why. They only wanted to send sales guys instead of a working crew and I never heard back from the sales guy I did meet. Calling back they claimed to have no knowledge of the work we wanted done.
