David Koch was very knowledgeable, and helpful in working with our insurance company to get a timely resolution to the roof replacement. My heat cables weren’t working, after large snowfall, and I contacted salesman, Phil Stitt, and he had 2 excellent workers (George and Razi) out within hours, and they promptly fixed the problem. Excellent service and workmanship. I highly recommend Garlock-French, the response time was second to none!!
