I would like to mention the really great service we have received from Garlock-French on our roof repair this fall. We have had an on again-off again issue with a leak but finally Garlock French persevered and sent us Sean. He listened to what we had to say, investigated the issue thoroughly, put together a game plan and set about fixing that part of the roof. From our first call we were met with rudeness. We knew what problem we were having and could not get onto their schedule and did not even get an explanation as to why. They only wanted to send sales guys instead of a working crew and I never heard back from the sales guy I did meet. Calling back they claimed to have no knowledge of the work we wanted done.
