We had Garlock-French complete new roofing and siding on our house after a storm about two years ago. They did an excellent job with quality work in a timely fashion. We were out of town when the roof was replaced but our neighbors all commented on how quickly and efficiently the workers were completing the entire job in a single day. The siding was equally as quick and done with excellent craftsmanship. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for work to be done!!

I had to visit the office of this company and I had never been there before. It was Fairly easy to find and easy to walk to after I had parked. Once they arrived inside I was greeted in a friendly manner and treated very professionally. As far as customer service goes this company was very on point with being friendly and polite. I have not use them for any professional services so I cannot attest to that. They seemed very easy to work with if I would be doing business with them though

John Patrick, our salesman, was professional in approaching us to inspect our roof, responsive to our questions, and effectively communicated with our insurance company throughout the entire process. We were very happy with the quality of work and final outcome.

The end product was great and I had a good experience with the two guys who installed the downspouts. However, the customer experience was otherwise quite frustrating. After a waiting a month to get the project scheduled, and calling several times to finalize a date, it was the day before they wanted to start the project that I was notified.
