Called for a quote request on August 21st. Was told a salesman would contact me. Called to follow up on August 28th, was told I wasn't in the system and a salesman would be in contact. Contacted by salesman with time scheduled for the 4th at 1pm. 1pm came and went. No salesman, no call to cancel, nothing. It's too bad because they came as a recommendation from someone I trust. Customer service pre-service is lacking.
