We’ve had our slate tiled roof leak 5 times over the course of 15 years. The roof was rebuilt 18 yrs ago. It would only happen during a multi hour torrential downpour. We had at least 10 different companies inspect the roof over the 15 years (including the company that built it). A company called walker even did a complete overhaul of the roof within the time, but they didn’t find the spot where this leak was happening.
