We have used Garlock French for routine maintenance on our tile roof for the past few years and they were recommended by the previous home owner (40+ years). We’ve been satisfied with the quality of work which has included spot tile replacement as well as felt replacement at the roof edge. I rated as three stars due to the delay in getting someone out for routine maintenance this year and need for some follow up calls to get updates on specific dates. After hail damage they were the only company that took time to look at my roof( called other roofers). Dave Houck was very responsible and helpful in this process; so we were able to start an insurance claim. We needed some carpentry work done before the roof was replaced, to repair some decorative trim.Their carpenter was very skillful and did an excellent job with the unique decorative trim on our older home.They worked with us on scheduling the roofing crew when it worked for our family's sc...
