It's nice to know there is a reliable company that will be in business longer than the life span of a roof and will be there to stand by their work.

I had a very unusual issue with mold created by another contractor who had done work prior. From a referral to mold remediation, inspection of what was causing problem to helping settle the issue by writing a dual contract one for half of roof that was effected by other contractor, the other half that I needed to replace (can't have a half of a new roof), the support I received was far beyond expectations. Our roof was done by this company 9 years ago. In the last year, it has started to leak. We had a terrible experience with them when the original job was done: poor communication, cleanup, and denial of damage caused during the project. The most recent experience with this company addressing the leaking was a marked improvement from our first. So far, the situation has improved.

Just finished 4 Skylights and repaired a roof leak . I called many people for this project. Many wouldn't come because they didn't put the roof on my house. But neither did Keller. One handyman was coming in 2 days 6 months ago and another came and took pictures. I'm still waiting for his estimate. That was 8 months ago.
