We had our roof, windows, and doors done by Keller. Wonderful experiences each time. After a few years, we had a small issue with our window flashing blowing off one of our windows after a very bad storm. Also our son poked a large hole through his window screen. I emailed them, and they got back to me right away, sending someone soon after to fix and replace both issues! We were so grateful and pleasantly surprised because we know how busy they always are. I had my house re-sided, and several bay windows/sliders replaced. It was an expensive job, and I have been very satisfied with the work. However, this winter an issue developed on the rear gable end, where the siding has moved away from the J-channel. I am handy, so I went on the roof to inspect/fix, and it was immediately obvious to me that the angles on the small pieces of siding were not cut properly, as the pieces are too short and need to be replaced.
