While I appreciate the brisk communications for our slate roof project, I was very unhappy with the grotesque difference between what was quoted and what I eventually had to pay. The scope creep of the project caused the costs to more than double, leading to 4 separate change management invoices. Above and beyond! Initially, I was told the project was too small (shed roof) but almost immediately someone contacted me to apologize and gave me a quote on the phone. I had gotten 2 other quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. The communication ahead the project was great, they showed up on time, the installer was friendly and the work was excellent. Even replaced the drip edge I had with a better one. Will be using them on a siding project soon and highly recommend!

The work performed by Ryan Carr and his crew was impeccably done. They completed everything quickly, efficiently and cleaned up the site even clearing leaves that had been there before. This would have been a 5 star review if not for the sales process and scoping document.
