Bob Scribner from Sprague Team was the most honest helpful person. He listened to our concerns for gutters, then walked the property with us. He gave us his professional opinion that the gutters should be replaced and then totally surprised us by saying that his company does much bigger jobs and would be extremely expensive for a job that could be done by a gutter specialist. We called GF Sprague & Company for emergency repair on a damage from recent thunderstorm. The office was very courteous and responsive and made an appointment for free inspection. But we really needed our repair to be addressed as soon as possible so we called in to cancel our appointment. The office called us back to see if they could help in any means. Even though we didn’t get to hire this company due to the urgency of our repair work, we were very pleased with their professionalism.
