Nathan from GF Sprague was amazing. He responded very quickly to the emergency request to resolve an ice dam on our roof that was causing leaks, in less than 24 hours. Then he promised to come back when the season started changing to evaluate the roof for potential damage. We have a slate roof so this was a big concern given the possible cost. We have a 2 year old roof and fairly new gutters. We were getting large ice dams on roof and gutters this winter and needed help quickly and professionally. Nate and Paul with GF Sprague were great. They clearly explained the extent of the situation and the steps that would be required to remove large ice dams from our third and first floors. My only disappointment is that I didn’t call them sooner. They do get pretty backed up. But when they do arrive it is done well.

GF Sprague came right away for a consultation and soon after removed the snow from our roof. We had significant interior damage from the storm a month ago and did not want any further damage. I just hired them to replace my roof as they are fantastic. They are on time and respond promptly to emails and gave us a very fair price.
