Contracted them to replace gutters. The project took a long time to get started after the initial quote.
Once the workers were on site they discovered more extensive damage than they thought, so the cost increased.
When everything was finally underway, the work was top notch and the foreman was very responsive and communicative. Very happy with the final product.
We needed ridge work on our slate roof following heavy winds. We received several quotes and GF Spague was very competitive in their pricing. The were also the most thorough and professional is examining the roof and creating a work order. Work was completed in the promised time frame and follow up was thorough and courteous. The presentation was good. The company seems good, and I'm sure the work would be good quality. But for this rental property, there is absolutely no way that I can justify that amount of money. It's not just high, but way, way out of the league for that type of property. Maybe worth it for a luxury home, but not for Malden. I know you all seem like good people, so best of luck.
