Had some roof repair work done, the work itself was excellent. However the communication was not. All of the initial contact was fine and had no issues getting someone to come out to give me an estimate; however They no showed on our originally scheduled day for the work and I had to call them to find out where they were, no one called me; ended up having to reschedule .
