Incomplete work, poorly done (see photos)
I contacted GF Sprague to fix a softball-size hole (from squirrels) and loose slates in the hip of my slate roof. I was quoted a price of $1,200. I thought that was expensive for such a small area, but was told much of the cost was due to setting up the staging that would be needed.
The employee arrived and said he did not need staging, and he worked from a ladder instead. He was on the job for about 20 minutes and left saying it was all set.
