Once the workers were on site they discovered more extensive damage than they thought, so the cost increased. When everything was finally underway, the work was top notch and the foreman was very responsive and communicative. Very happy with the final product.

      The presentation was good. The company seems good, and I'm sure the work would be good quality. But for this rental property, there is absolutely no way that I can justify that amount of money. It's not just high, but way, way out of the league for that type of property. Maybe worth it for a luxury home, but not for Malden. I know you all seem like good people, so best of luck.

      Paul from GF Sprague was fixing my neighbor's roof next door on Chestnut St. I asked him to take a look at my gutter. He came by brought the tall ladder and reinstalled it. I asked him how much I should pay, he said it's "FREE" It was very nice of him and deserve a 5 stars. Thank you
