G.F. Sprague did a fine job replacing old wood gutters on outside porches with new aluminum ones. The crew paid particular attention to shielding the house from contact with water in the gutters, which had been a problem with the old wood gutters. Our experience in working with Sprague was very good from the initial inspection to completion of the job.

Did exactly as they said they would. Came on time and finished on schedule. Easy to deal with, responsive to questions. Clearly explained our options. Work seems to be high quality but won’t really know for a few years. Communicated frequently and clearly. No issues except for an issue with billing which was quickly resolved once we pointed it out.

Contracted them to replace gutters. The project took a long time to get started after the initial quote. Once the workers were on site they discovered more extensive damage than they thought, so the cost increased. When everything was finally underway, the work was top notch and the foreman was very responsive and communicative. Very happy with the final product.
