The presentation was good. The company seems good, and I'm sure the work would be good quality. But for this rental property, there is absolutely no way that I can justify that amount of money. It's not just high, but way, way out of the league for that type of property. Maybe worth it for a luxury home, but not for Malden. I know you all seem like good people, so best of luck.

Paul from GF Sprague was fixing my neighbor's roof next door on Chestnut St. I asked him to take a look at my gutter. He came by brought the tall ladder and reinstalled it. I asked him how much I should pay, he said it's "FREE" It was very nice of him and deserve a 5 stars. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience with GF Sprague. We called them about a leak in a barrel roof, but after meeting with them and considering the options they offered, we decided to replace the entire roof, which was over 20 years old. This was an expensive project for us, and you will pay more for Sprague than some other companies. Nevertheless, they work to a very high standard and in this case, we feel we got what we paid for.
