I had a flat roof that was leaking water into the third floor of a triple decker. Mark V. came immediately in the morning, quickly identified the problem, assured me that we did not need to spend lots of money repairing but instead keep the roof drain clear of debris.
Mark was also helpful in how to approach the repairs on the interior of the house.
Overall, the costs were very reasonable considering an emergency call and same day repair.

We were very happy with the work that Al and his crew did for us. We called based upon water damage and rot in the soffit and fascia on the front of our house. The job was clearly explained and estimated. Larger gutters were needed to accommodate water flow from the house. Downspouts remained in place. When insulation damage was found, the crew made modifications to the job midstream as requested and returned for follow-up to complete the work and clean the site.
I wanted a new flat roof for my two car garage. I met with a member of the Sprague staff who asked me about the specifics and presented me with alternatives, outlining price and performance differences.
