I've had two very positive experiences with GF Sprague. The first is when -- late on a Friday afternoon -- they responded to a plea for help with ice dams causing leaks in my building (I'm a condo trustee). They were the only company to be able to send a team within the hour (most companies didn't answer the phone or return messages). They showed up when they said they would, and when the weather/site conditions limited the amount of work they could do, they discounted the charges.
