They did excellent work. Communication once the project began was not great between the office and myself, particularly on change orders and pricing. They gave a discount on the initial job, but nothing on the add on, which was twice the amount of the initial job. Quality of the work, professionalism of the crew an clean up were all good. Price was high but the roof is Spanish tile and is a high cost roof to maintain, but lasts for many years.

GF Sprague was the first company I contacted regarding roof leaks and need for a new roof and possibly skylights. I was impressed by their professionalism, communication and thoroughness in initially assessing my home. They scheduled a return visit to go over the project and estimate.
