      Awful company. Poor service, hard sell and my roof still has mold on it! The roof tiles they 'secured' came off last winter. We need a new roof this year or next and they are not even on my quote list. A friend called them about installing soffits on a house they were buying and they wanted $450 to come look at it! (Credited toward the work of course..)

      We had a great experience with Sprague over the last year. Our relatively new roof which was installed by another company sprang a significant leak about 18 months ago. Sprague came in and redesigned the roof and installed the proper covering which stopped all leaks. 18 months later we needed some small repairs which they did under warranty (free) within 24 hours of us calling them. Their responsiveness and workmanship was great and they are truly a joy to work with.

      I had really terrible ice dams after all the snow in rapid succession this winter (2014). I called for emergency ice dam removal at 1pm, and by 5pm my entire roof was totally clean. Great service, very responsive. Would use again.
