I've had two very positive experiences with GF Sprague. The first is when -- late on a Friday afternoon -- they responded to a plea for help with ice dams causing leaks in my building (I'm a condo trustee). They were the only company to be able to send a team within the hour (most companies didn't answer the phone or return messages). We had a great experience with Sprague over the last year. Our relatively new roof which was installed by another company sprang a significant leak about 18 months ago. Sprague came in and redesigned the roof and installed the proper covering which stopped all leaks. 18 months later we needed some small repairs which they did under warranty (free) within 24 hours of us calling them. Their responsiveness and workmanship was great and they are truly a joy to work with.
