I had really terrible ice dams after all the snow in rapid succession this winter (2014). I called for emergency ice dam removal at 1pm, and by 5pm my entire roof was totally clean. Great service, very responsive. Would use again.

When it came to my emergency, G.F.Sprague was a shining star. An Ice Dam was generating a steady leak above our picture window. It seemed everyone I called depended on Voice mail to manage their calls. One call to G.F.Sprague and we had a team at our house by afternoon. G.F. Sprague came out on September to repoint my chimney, add ventilation and replace my entire roof. They did an excellent job. Very professional. The crew did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. The office did a very nice job of following up with me and scheduling appointments and working around my schedule. Top dollar price tag buys homeowner more than a roof replacement, but carpentry and flashing alterations to improve ventilation, extend the life of the roof and help prevent ice dams.
