Offered a couple of alternative strategies for affordability, gave a predictable schedule of completion, were responsive to all questions, mostly above board helpful.       We had to have our chimney rebuilt from the roof up and I called several companies. Sprague was by far the best. They scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and spent an hour with us reviewing every part of the problem and the project. Gerry climbed into the attic to inspect the water damage and brick, climbed on the roof, and took pictures that he shared that showed the problematic areas.       I’ve had two jobs done by G.F. Sprague over the past two years. The first one remedied an intermittently leaking dormer roof that had caused me recurrent maintenance headaches for over a decade.       GF Sprague did some roof repairs on our roof this past summer. They were very diligent, came for a free estimate, were very accomodating in meeting with us when it was convenient for us, even as late as 8PM. Kept us updated with their time of arrival and their work was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them with a heart beat.
