We appreciated GF Sprague's professionalism and promptness. We had an ice dam situation in Winter 2026 and woke up one morning to a drip from the ceiling. We called GF Sprague and they arrived later that morning. Steve H from their team was phenomenal. He diagnosed the situation, including an inspection of the attic and climbing the roof. Filipe and his crew did an excellent job. They started when they said they would, they worked hard, and I have confidence that our roof will deal well with snow and ice and last a long time. I also got thoughtful advice from the estimator on the scope of work. They also did an excellent job cleaning up.
