All of the initial contact was fine and had no issues getting someone to come out to give me an estimate; however They no showed on our originally scheduled day for the work and I had to call them to find out where they were, no one called me; ended up having to reschedule .       GF Sprague came to my home to replace a leaky roof. They offered me several options for the repair ranging from a patch to a full replacement and new skylight. Pricing and timelines were transparent and the team was communicative. They completed their work on time and cleaned up everything - apart from the new roof, you wouldn't have known they were there. Would highly recommend GF Sprague!

      Sprague did a high quality roof replacement on my unit. The guys showed up the first day at 7:45 AM and worked until 7 PM (dark). Got it done a day early. There was one problem with damage that took time to resolve but they stayed with it and Steve got everything set right to my satisfaction. Very happy I chose Sprague! Looks great!
