Our experience with GF Sprague was very positive. It was more than excellent work. When they showed up (on time) to do the work, it was discovered that the estimate left a task out that was important for the integrity of our chimney. GF Sprague then admitted that they had made a mistake on the estimate and performed the extra work at no additional charge. At the end of the job, I gladly tipped both of the workers. We had GF SPRAGUE in to do a slate roof review along with a few repairs. It had been several years since any roofers had done a review or repairs. After a manager came and did a sidewalk inspection and took some photos he said we would receive a quote. Within days an emailed quote arrived with the items we discussed and pricing.
