Reached out to a series of vendors about a stain in our ceiling and a potential roof leak. Several vendors provided quotes without checking the roof while GF Sprague actually checked out the roof and identified the most likely fix, even though it was not a service they provided. I appreciated the productive info, especially since it was against their interests financially.
