I had great experience working with GF Sprague Exteriors from start to finish. I had an ice dam problem with water dripping from the ceiling. I received an immediate response from the team and the following morning Nate came to assess the situation, climbed to the attic, inspected the rest of the house and walked me through the process of snow/ice removal. Nate and Paul were prompt to arrive. They took time to explain what they would do. I was terrified seeing them on our roof with so much snow. They shoveled and broke up the ice dams by hand. They didn’t. Waste any time and I was surprised they accomplished as much as they did in the 2 hrs. I would hire them again but this time, I wouldn’t look “while” the job was being completed. :)
