      Wasted my time. Sounded good, we wanted to go with them, but then after asking several times for a certificate of insurance the most I could get out of them is an annoyed "I showed it to you when I was there" ... in other words the most they will do is wave the insurance at you and won't let you actually have a copy or anything to actually verify it's real. Not cool, no sale.

      My experience with this roofing company has been a bit of a mixed bag. Initially, I was impressed with their responsiveness and the estimate they provided for my slate roof repair. They assured me the work would be scheduled for October. However, getting the contract finalized proved to be unexpectedly challenging. Communication with the person handling the contract was difficult, and delays ensued, pushing things back. Thankfully, once the contract was sorted, things improved significantly. ... Read more
