Paul from GF Sprague came to our place because we thought we'd lost access to our roof. The issue turned out to be extremely minor and he fixed it quickly. I then asked him if he could take a look at a leaky skylight -- he went up, diagnosed the problem, and spontaneously offered to fix it on the spot, which he then did. Matt Dagostino and his team did an outstanding job on our home repair. They responded to our issue quickly and did a very thorough and complete job.
