Terrific service on the part of everyone at the company, including Justin Fernandes, who carefully showed and explained the problems and what should be done to fix them.
Nate and Paul were prompt to arrive. They took time to explain what they would do. I was terrified seeing them on our roof with so much snow. They shoveled and broke up the ice dams by hand. They didn’t. Waste any time and I was surprised they accomplished as much as they did in the 2 hrs. I would hire them again but this time, I wouldn’t look “while” the job was being completed. :)
GF Sprague was great. They were willing to call right back, come out and see and schedule ice dam removal immediately. I felt so happy I called quickly before everyone else needed removal too.
Very quick response for an ice damn issue. Team got to my house in 48 hours and cleared snow and ice from roofs. Provided plenty of pictures after the job was done. Will definitely call them again for future roofing work.
