Matt and his team were so responsive, answering my phone call on a Sunday within a few minutes, and coming out later that day to asses the problem and give an estimate. Had some damage to my ceiling caused by a leak due to an ice dam build up on the outer edge of my roof via to a large snow and ice storm; Messaged Steve over at G.F. Sprague and he responded almost immediately with a crew to come do some emergency snow and ice removal for us to get the leaking under control. Manny and the crew he sent over did a great job in removing the heavy snow and ice before it could keep causing more water damage. I'd recommend G.F. Sprague for their super timely response ...
