After we had our home interior painted, we noticed water staining where our sunroom met the main part of the house. We called G.F. Sprague, a local roofing contractor, to have them do an inspection. They came, looked closely at our new roof and the inside water stains. They concluded that the flashing between the sunroom roof and the adjacent siding of the house needed to be replaced. GF Sprague and Company and Steve Herget were excellent. They responded quickly to my inquiry and Steve diagnosed why our chimney was leaking and what needed to be done to fix it and Sprague did indeed fix it : no more water running down our chimney inside when it rains. He showed me photos of our chimneys to explain the situations and answered all my questions. The work was done well by Leonard who also explained and answered my questions.
