I had a great experience with GF Sprague who replaced the nearly 30 year old asphalt shingle roof on the house and garage. They were courteous, prompt and had an efficient process. The installers worked hard and completed the work in one day. UPDATE: GF SPRAGUE send me a bill for the building permit a month after the work. I thought that the permit fee was included but apparently not. It’s a surprise and upsetting to say the least.
GF Sprague went above and beyond for us. After seeing snow in our attic after a snowstorm last winter we called GF Sprague. That afternoon, Matt D'Agostino, the project manager, sent a crew to come out to tarp our chimney temporarily. We needed a chimney rebuild. Winter isn't the time to rebuild a chimney (on our slate roof) so the tarp got us through the winter. We had our chimney rebuild in April and they did an excellent job. We had a great experience with GF Sprague & Co. We had our leaking skylight removed. The two men they sent did a wonderful job. We have a slate roof and they matched the slate perfectly. The salesman, Matt Delosa and the Project Manager, Matt D'Agostino were very prompt, friendly and professional. We will be calling G.F. Sprague again for future work.
