The GF Sprague people were professional all along the process, from initial contact, project scoping, cost proposal, execution, and closing out a one-item punch list. There was one unexpected hand-off on their end in that our first point of contact in the sales process left the company, apparently on good terms, and they sent another well-qualified fellow to out to scope the job again.
