            The job started out as a possible roof repair. I was informed by George, the owner, that it was wind and hail damage, actually. He started the leg work for an insurance claim. The insurance company seemed hesitant to entertain the thought of it being an actual claim. George actually met their adjuster on my roof, went over the damage, and the adjuster sided with George and me about a new roof.
