I called George, the owner of GKG roofing, following a home inspection of the home I am selling. The inspection report said to have a licensed roofer assess two ceiling staining issues and determine if these were current or previous leaks within 5 days. GKG responded promptly to my request for an estimate. They came out on the day and time scheduled for an estimate, explained what needed to be done and answered my questions. I scheduled the job, they came out as scheduled, completed the job in the time frame I was given and cleaned up the mess. They did a great job.

Excellent experience. Very prompt response as well as excellent communication. Owner, George Gilliland, expressed a passionate approach and took the time to explain the ventilation system he proposed to rectify the much needed correction to the functional design of the roof that had never been addressed by previous owners. Highly recommend.
