George, You know who I am. You replaced my roof so maybe try replying with a different approach next time. The GKG team have been excellent! The entire team goes above and beyond to make sure you are educated on the project and comfortable with how to move forward. They will work directly with your insurance company, if you need to use them (we did), to help get that part resolved as best as possible. The roof work was all completed in one day, the foreman keeps you updated during the installation/repair and they clean up every bit of debris before the leave. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
