Roofing was fine. I was told the morning of installing new roof that my gutter guard could invalidate warranty. So they removed my existing gutter guards only to be told by owner after the fact that warranty would not be effected. Now I’m stuck with no guards. UPDATE: After speaking with George personally, he offered to replace my gutter guards for me. Very Happy with the personal follow up! Thank you George!

Bob , sorry for the misunderstanding about the gutter guard. The gutter guard you had would not invalidate the warranty. But they could allow snow and ice to back up under the shingles. Within 24 hours he had completed his inspection and provided us with an estimate so that we could work with the seller on remediation.
