Just the result of the previous contractor using cheap materials and poor installation practices. When I started in this business over 30-years ago with my father. I will always remember; he would say if you do not have time to do it right the first time. When will you find time to come back and do it again? And for sure if you do not know how to do something right, then do not do it.
