Last year I had a large water stain in my living room ceiling. After having representatives from five companies assess the situation, I chose GKG roofing. George did the most complete inspection of the roof and even the attic. He discovered that the attic fans that we had installed years before had been installed improperly and had been leaking and had rotted much of the wood.
