We had a water leak on a Saturday and contacted GKG. They returned our call promptly on Monday and sent a roofer in the afternoon to review the area. The roofer identified the leak which was water running down behind the siding. The roofer temporarily fixed the leak until the job of removing siding and wood could be done in good weather. We finally found a roofer who was willing to go up into the garage attic to look for the cause of our leak. A friend told me that if there was a leak George would find it. Without even being asked he went into the attic, diagnosed the problem, which was not the roof, but instead a bathroom vent issue. This was an issue that was caused 30 years ago when house was built.
