We had George re-shingle our roof. He was informative and friendly, and he told us he would do the job for what our insurance would pay for. He also assured us that he would take extra care not to damage our brand-new gutters. (He even asked who had installed them because he liked them so much.) George came out to inspect the condition of 17 year old roof because we had a leak. He went around to each section of the roof, talking with us as we walked around with him on the ground. During the inspection, he pointed out some things that the previous roofer should have done, but weren't the cause of the leak.
