I had an issue caused from a remodel on my home several years back where a 2x4 was used to provide extra support to the valley on my roof. Over time this has pushed the truss downward and is causing the ceiling to crack inside the home. I am more than pleased with the new design of roof and gutter system. You now have a 100% solid roof. And a gutter system that will not create water issues around your home. We had a small leak in our roof. I called the company that installed my roof 12 years ago. They said its not a leak. Tried to say it was condensation from the bathroom. Even though it only happened when it would rain! Plus you could see where it was coming from. So i looked for another company. GKG has 5 stars and I found out why. Needed to have a leak looked at on our older roof and were mentally preparing ourselves to hear we needed a whole new roof. George came out, found the problem and gave us an honest assessment of the roof. He was happy to do the repair and honest about how much life we have left in the roof as well. Thank you very much for the Great review! It is unfortunate other companies were saying your roof was at least 20 years old. And was surely due to be replaced. The roof is maybe 10 years old and in good condition. Just a little attention needed to the sidewall flashing. I feel like this happens quite often.
