In response to your review. We do our very best to make sure any of our job related debris is cleaned up. As you can see in almost any of our 300 5-Star reviews clean up is highly recognized by our customers. There are times that due to wind some plastic from shingle wrappers may blow astray. I am not sure what litter you are referring to. But if there is or was a problem a phone call to our office. Would have been graciously accepted and would have been taken care of immediately. Excellent Company! We started noticing a look in our ceiling after a pretty good rain recently. I called GKG since they were local to Pickerington and they also had excellent reviews. George and his team were able to come to our house the following day. He made some repairs to my roof and we think the issued may be resolved. We had George re-shingle our roof. He was informative and friendly, and he told us he would do the job for what our insurance would pay for. He also assured us that he would take extra care not to damage our brand-new gutters. (He even asked who had installed them because he liked them so much.) We did have one issue which was completely out of GKG's control. We had a wind storm the day after the work was done, before the shingles had had time to completely seal. A few shingles blew off. ... I am satisfied with my new roof. George Gilliland, the owner was courteous and informative. After George checked my roof, he covered it with a piece of tarp to prevent any more damage which I was thankful for because it rained the next day. His crew arrived early the day of the project and started working immediately. The crew was very professional with excellent service. The new roof was completed in a day.
