Called to set up an estimate for a second opinion on a minor siding repair. George the owner stopped by within a couple of hours. Gave a much better price with no need for new materials. He had one of his crew out later the same day to conduct the repair and also inspect our roof. Jerry ,thank you for the review. I must say I was baffled to hear that another contractor. Was trying to get you to file a claim to replace your siding. Upon inspection the siding is in GREAT condition. Just one or two pieces slightly unlocked. It never ceases to amaze me. What some people/contractors will do to try and sell a job. It was totally misleading and unethical. The minimal repair needed would not have even came close to exceeding your deductible. You would have had a claim on your policy with no coverage.
