We spent several months getting estimates for a new roof, based on the fact or roof is 20 years old and was in need of some repairs. The estimates are all over the place. We called George to give us a quote for a storm damaged roof. He worked with our insurance company and gave a fair, competitive quote to replace the roof. George thoroughly explained the job and the materials that would be used and answered all of our questions. The GKG Roofing crew completed the job in one day with a couple hours of cleanup the following day. Came to investigate a leak. Within an hour, the leak was found and repaired. Very good communication throughout the process. UPDATE: The leak returned about a year later, so I decided to do a full roof replacement including the tear-out of the old plywood. George is very knowledgeable and is good at explaining things. A couple of weeks ago we found a relatively small leak in my roof. I called GKG roofing along with 3 other companies. GKG was the first to come out and inspect the roof and provide an estimate.
